At Midwest Safety, we stand behind the durability and fit of our workwear; if your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in the original shipping box or a similar durable container and include a copy of your packing slip inside.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
